So..... let's say that one day you are at work and you pick up your pack sack and you can smell rotten oranges.....
it's best if you don't just stick your hand into the bottom of the bag to see if you can find it............
I found it. And then I washed my hands.........eeeewwwwwwww.............
BWAA HAAA HAAA!!! Just this minute as I was typing, I heard a loud band upstairs and my 12 year old son screamed! LOL! He's sitting by the picture window playing PS and a bird crashed into the window! Scared the CRAP out of him! ha haa haaaaa! (the bird flew away - I think it's ok) I'm such a mean mom......
Thank you to the friends who commented on my last post. Sorry to have been such a downer - that's not usually my style - but I really do appreciate the support. It was also really nice to hear from a few people who I seldom hear from. Thank you

I left a few potatoes in a bag in the camper one year when we put it away for winter. Not a pleasant smell come spring when I opened up the cupboards. Fortunately they were contained inside a pot, so no permanent smell damage.
How long had it been sitting around in your pack, anyway?
BTW: As everyone knows, there is no word in English that rhymes with "orange." There are two other color names that also have no rhymes in English. Can you figure out which ones?
hmmmm........ magenta and purple...unless, of course you count "nurple".
I'm not sure - I usually just throw all the pieces of my lunch in there and some days I might not eat it all, so it falls to the bottom and I can't see it any more!
Usually oranges just dry out though - kind of get petrified. I know it's strange... but I kind of dry them and on purpose. I have a little collection of dried oranges. It's just something my dad used to do and after he died I started doing it. weird, I know. I have actually framed a set of them..... LOL!!

I was thinking of "silver."
And purple is definitely correct!
